If you’ve been meaning to participate in the Passport to Pickens program, time is running short. The promotion officially ends June 15, 2026, giving residents and visitors just a few days to explore local businesses, collect stamps, and enter for a chance to win some fantastic prizes.
Organized by the Greater Pickens Chamber of Commerce and Explore Pickens, the Passport to Pickens program encourages people to discover the unique shops, restaurants, markets, attractions, and small businesses that make Pickens County special.
How It Works
Participating is simple:
✅ Visit participating businesses throughout Pickens County
✅ Collect stamps on your Passport to Pickens booklet (or have qualifying receipts stamped)
✅ Collect at least 15 stamps
✅ Turn in your completed passport at the Pickens Visitor Center by June 15
The program features 48 participating Chamber member businesses, offering everything from restaurants and coffee shops to boutiques, markets, jewelry stores, historic sites, and specialty retailers.
More Than a Giveaway
While the prizes are certainly exciting, Passport to Pickens is really about discovering local businesses and supporting the people who help our communities thrive.
Many participants have visited businesses they had never stepped inside before. Others have rediscovered longtime local favorites. Every stop helps strengthen the local economy while highlighting the unique character of Pickens County.
From family-owned markets and hometown restaurants to local artisans and specialty shops, each business offers something different and helps tell our community’s story.
